COMPANY BACKGROUND

Marshall Precision Manufacturing, Inc. was founded in 1970. Our 16,000 sq. ft. machining facility is located in north central Alabama in Guntersville, Alabama, near Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, Alabama.

We have unlimited capabilities of producing parts requiring high-tech metal production and fabrication, utilizing up-to-date computer numerical control (CNC) equipment.

Our expertise ranges from one part reproduction or repair to large heavy work. We are approved by NASA, Lockheed Martin, United Launch Alliance and Boeing to produce parts for the space industry, and a producer of parts for military hardware.

Our quality assurance staff, along with a knowledgeable sales department, combines a presentation of satisfaction to our customers' requirements at competitive pricing.

Every machinist in our shop brings to the table the experience and versatility to match the ever changing requirements in today's machining market.

Marshall Precision Manufacturing, Inc. has a wide range of CNC machines and conventional machines inside our 16,000 sq. ft. shop.

All of our equipment receives scheduled preventative maintenance and is monitored for potential predictive failures.

We support NASA's partnering programs, with other certified shops, for EDM, water jet & laser cutting, surface grinding, paint, screen printing, and sheet metal forming of products.

Quality Assurance

At Marshall Precision Manufacturing, Inc. our goal is providing a quality product that meets your specifications. Our quality policy is continuous improvement with timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.

Our final inspection gauges are maintained, documented, and calibrated to certified standards at an independent calibration lab. 

All inspection gauges are traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology.

Final inspection is located in a controlled area of the building and has a quality assurance manager with ultimate approval and stamp control. S.P.C is available.

• Jones & Lamson 14″ Optical Comparator model FC-14 power 10x - 100x
• Brown & Sharpe Micro-Hite gauge (digital statistical process control capabilities)
• Wilson Hardness Tester
• Surface plates located throughout the manufacturing facility
